A 21-YEAR-OLD woman was grabbed by a man who indecently exposed himself to her in Lowestoft.

Police are asking anyone who may have been in the Kimberley Road area around 1am this morning (June 13) to come forward after the 21-year-old woman was assaulted.

The woman was walking home when she saw two people - a man and a woman - walking towards her. The two people stopped and spoke to her but the 21-year-old then saw the man was indecently exposing himself.

She was then grabbed by the man but managed to pull away, but was then struck by the attacker. Fortunately the woman managed to run away towards Durban Road and then made her way to the police station to report the incident.

Police need to trace the man and the woman he was with. He is white, around 5ft 7ins tall, of small build, possibly in his early to mid 20s, with light brown shoulder length curly hair and wearing a navy blue hooded top and dark blue denim jeans.

The woman is also white, around 5ft 3ins tall, of slim build, in her late teens to early 20s, with straight brown hair in a ponytail. She was wearing a dark coloured hooded jacket and dark combat trousers.

If you know who these people are, Lowestoft CID would like to hear from you, and if you can help, telephone 01986 835300.
