Officers are appealing for witnesses after a woman was subjected to racial abuse.
The incident occurred during daylight hours on Thursday, February 1, when the 23-year-old victim was walking in the Clapham Road South area of Lowestoft.
Another woman, who was known to the victim, is alleged to have shouted racially abusive remarks towards her.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Lowestoft Police Station on 101, quoting reference 6351/18.
