Drivers have been advised to expect delays on the A47 in Lowestoft due to a police escort of an abnormal load.

The police are escorting a metal frame measuring 16 and a half metres wide through the town from 10.30am on Tuesday, March 13.

The frame will be escorted from Commercial Road to Hamilton Road, along the A47, meaning delays to traffic are likely.

Police have said that the full route the escort will take is Commercial Road, A47, Whapload Road, Hamilton Road.
