POLICE issued a renewed appeal for information this week after more than 30 vehicles in south Lowestoft had their paintwork damaged. Officers say a man was seen scratching the vehicles with a sharp implement as he walked away from town along London Road South at about 3am on Sunday, March 6. The suspect is white, in his late teens to early 20s, of small build, with short brown hair. He was wearing a pale blue or grey top – possibly a jumper – and blue jeans.
