POLICE have issued a warning after more than 50 Sevredol tablets were among the items stolen in a burglary at a home in Lowestoft.
The home in Notley Road was targeted between 9am and 3.30pm on Monday (October 25).
'As with any prescription medication, these tablets – morphine based painkillers - could be very dangerous if taken by anyone they are not prescribed for,' a police spokesman said.
Other items taken in the break-in include a 32-inch flat screen television, a laptop computer and a small amount of cash and police are asking anyone who may have seen someone carrying similar items in the area to come forward.
