Pop-up Christmas card shop returns to Southwold to raise vital funds for charities

A pop-up Christmas card shop has sprung up in Southwold to help raise money for a range of national charities.
Cards for Good Causes will be selling cards, candles and a range of other seasonal products from Southwold Arts Centre, in Edmund’s Hall, Cumberland Road.
The charity has operated in the town since 1994 and this year moved to a new location.
Mary Cronin, area organiser, said: “Buying charity Christmas cards is one of the simplest ways to support good causes this season.
“The proceeds from every card or product sold make a vital contribution to the work of the charities that we partner.”
The Southwold pop-up shop is part of a network of more than 300 temporary shops run by Cards for Good Causes.
It represents more than 250 charities including Cancer Research UK, Alzheimer’s Society and NSPCC.
More than £40 million has been raised by the charity over the past 10 years.
