The Friends of Southwold Library (FoSL) will be holding its annual fete and plant sale next weekend.

This May marks the third year that the community group have brought their fete and plant sale on to North Green.

Library manager Charlotte Clark said: 'The event started in 2013 as a plant sale in the library garden with all the wonderful plants people grow and donate. But it expanded in 2015 to encompass a plant themed fete including games, cakes, raffle, gardening books for sale as well as plants for sale.'

This year's FoSL fete and plant sale is held on North Green on May 27, between 10am and 4pm, and it features plants, books, crafts, cakes, tombola and games. On Sunday, May 28 the plant sale continues in the Southwold Library garden, between 10am and 4pm.

With all funds raised supporting Southwold Library, if you can help by donating any plants please bring them to the library as close to May 27 as possible.
