Praise for cadets

PUBLISHED: 10:14 21 April 2008 | UPDATED: 20:11 05 July 2010

I WOULD just like to congratulate the Lowestoft North Army Cadets on a fantastic annual inspection open evening.

The cadets were all very smart and showed that they have respect for their elders, as representatives from the Royal Artillery Association were present.

The staff and parents should be very proud of all the cadets; they were very polite and put on a great evening of entertainment.

If they continue in this manner they will grow into some fine young adults.

I was very impressed with the attitude of all present. Not everyone wants to join the army, but the cadets join together and don't hang around street corners.

It's about time that teenagers who can behave should be given recognition for the effort they put in to showing how things can be.

I would like to say thank you and congratulations to all concerned, they should all be very proud of what they have acheived.
