Praise for hospital

PUBLISHED: 14:39 16 June 2008 | UPDATED: 20:38 05 July 2010

QUITE recently, at the age of 83, I had a complete new hip replacement at the James Paget University Hospital.

I would now like to publicly say many thanks to all the surgeons and staff of wards seven and nine; not only for their medical experience, their cheerfulness, but also their service to patients, well above the call of duty.

We are indeed fortunate to have such a hospital with such excellence in our area.

As Bob Crachitt said in the Christmas Carol: “May God bless you everyone”.
