Public hide should be moved
I AM writing to ask visitors to the nature reserve at Benacre Broad to write or email Natural England to request that the landowner and the estate allows Natural England to relocate the public hide along the south side of the broad further inland as it is at risk of being washed away by erosion.

At the moment the landowner is refusing to allow the hide to be placed further west to protect it from the sea.
The hide was erected in 1985 and is a very popular place for birdwatchers, naturalists and reserve vistors. It would be a great if it was to be destroyed by natural means.
Emails should be sent to enquiries@naturalengland.org.uk
