A public meeting is to be held this week on plans to set up a new music festival for Lowestoft.
On Friday the Lowestoft Players will be hosting the meeting at the Players Theatre at Battery Green at 7.30pm.
It will provide an opportunity for anyone who would like to get involved in the planning and organisation of the music festival which it is hoped will take place in autumn 2015 and play host to schools, churches, choirs and soloists.
A report in last week's Journal incorrectly states the meeting is on Tuesday. We apologise for any confusion caused.
