I AM delighted to see that the council is cleaning up the filth that people in our wonderful town are dumping everywhere, but what about the people who do this?Isn't it about time these people, as it seems to be the same areas week in, week out that are responsible, are brought to book and are given some form of punishment?If I have rubbish to dispose of, I do not dump it in the street, so why should others get away with it?I am appalled that people are prepared to live in such filth.
