Purse's snatched in Lowestoft
TWO women were targeted by thieves as purses were stolen in Lowestoft yesterday.Police are seeking information and witnesses to the purse thefts in London Road North on Tuesday (February 24).
TWO women were targeted by thieves as purses were stolen in Lowestoft yesterday.
Police are seeking information and witnesses to the purse thefts in London Road North on Tuesday (February 24).
The first incident happened around noon to 12.10pm as a 44-year-old woman had her red purse, containing cash and a bankcard, taken from her handbag as she shopped in the Help The Aged store.
The second incident happened between 12.15pm and 12.30pm when a black leather purse, which also contained cash and cards, was taken from a storage compartment on a child's pushchair, as it was pushed along London Road North by a 19-year-old woman.
