Race against wind in north Suffolk

RESCUERS are on their way to recover a broken down boat off Southwold before a force nine gales hits the north Suffolk coast.Lowestoft Lifeboat was called just before noon to reports of a broken down motor vessel, which had dropped anchor 16 miles south east.

Lowestoft Lifeboat was called just before noon to reports of a broken down motor vessel, which had dropped anchor 16 miles south east.
A lifeboat crew are expected to reach the boat at 1.15pm to tow it back to shore before gale force winds move in.
