I made a visit to Lowestoft Record Office about 1990 and added several hundred individuals to my family tree.
At that time I was in contact with some present day family members but I have mislaid their addresses and phone numbers.
I am now planning another visit to the area and this time I would like to meet any present day relatives or anyone who has an interest in my family tree which has now grown to more than 900 families spanning over 300 years.
The direct ancestor surnames in Suffolk are: Allen, Swan, Carr, Cullingham, Neale, Skoulding, Wilson, Smith, Gobet; the indirect connections, cousins, etc, are: Balls, Cubitt, Breach, Cochrane, Cook, Butcher, Barnes, Rose.
These families go back to about 1670, about eight or nine generations.
