IT is with sadness and regret that both Allyson Barron and myself failed to re-gain the on going support to represent the electorate of Oulton, Blundeston, Somerleyton, Lound, Ashby, Herringfleet, Flixton and St Margaret's wards, at Suffolk County Council.

We clearly understand the anger of each and everyone over the political revelations that had transpired over the past few weeks.

For that we totally and equivocally apologise and would like to make it clear as local councillors at that time we had no control over MPs.

We both would like to thank, from the bottom of our hearts, all those, who in the past, gave us support, but more importantly a big thank you to all who kept their faith in our ability and voted for us on June 4.
