HOLIDAYMAKERS who want to celebrate Lowestoft's seafaring heritage will be able to take trips on a luxury yacht this summer.
Pathfinder, a beautiful Bluewater yacht, was launched from the town's harbour on Monday ahead of the busy summer season. As well as enjoying peaceful cruises along the coast, visitors will be able to get involved with the Pathfinder's professional crew, learning how to haul the sails and navigate.
During the summer, the yacht will sail out of Lowestoft twice a week and also offer private charters.
Emma Westwood, from Pathfinder Events, said: 'We are pleased to bring Pathfinder to Lowestoft. Passengers will enjoy this unique experience, whether they choose to relax on board or join the crew.'
