Janie, a Friesland milking sheep, had the rare quads on Friday morning at Bircham Windmill, Greater Bircham, near King's Lynn.
Elly Chalmers , who co-owns the windmill, said she gradually found the lambs scattered around following the birth.
'I thought they looked a bit small for twins and then I found a third behind the hay rack so I thought it was triplets, which is normal for sheep to have on occasions,' she said.
'But when I lifted the hay rack lid to put the hay in I found another lamb sitting in the trough part at the bottom.'
Mrs Chalmers, who is new to milking sheep, said that Janie was named after Jane Murray, who makes the Norfolk White Lady cheese, for all her help and advice.
Bircham Windmill reopens to the public on April 5 and visitors will be able to see the sheep milking every afternoon.
