What a mess the old site is now.
I am sure that some people overlooking it often wished it to be closed but I bet they wish it was still there now. It was a very busy site during summer time.
Not only is income being lost but all the holidaymakers used to go into Lowestoft shopping and visit restaurants and entertainment venues. They may still be in the area but other camping sites have shops on the camp and they are more than likely to visit Great Yarmouth.
And what happened to the beach? I used to walk our dogs along the beach now it is all large lumps of concrete.
Finally the wind turbine near the Birds Eye Factory is an eyesore.
I am a very, very sad ex holiday visitor.
