Bank holiday music - On Monday, Somerleyton Hall will be celebrating the May bank holiday with music on the lawns provided by a traditional full brass band.

Coffee morning - On Saturday, May 9, a coffee morning will be held Lound Village Hall from 10am to 12 noon to raise funds for St Mary's Church, Ashby. Stalls include cakes, bric-a-brac, plants, jumble, books and a grand raffle. Admission costs 50p which includes refreshments.
Church service - On Sunday, May 3, a service of evensong will be held at 6.30pm in St Mary's Church.
