Summer Soir�e - Fifty people attended the Summer Soir�e held at Waveney Grange last Friday. The evening proved chilly but fine and the guests enthusiastically took part in the garden games and stalls, participated in the auction of promises and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent supper provided.
Summer Soir�e - Fifty people attended the Summer Soir�e held at Waveney Grange last Friday. The evening proved chilly but fine and the guests enthusiastically took part in the garden games and stalls, participated in the auction of promises and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent supper provided. The event raised �1,100 raised which will be donated to the funds of St Mary's Church, Somerleyton.
Club Uniquity - The next session of the club takes place this evening in the Duke's Head barn with music from 8pm when guests will include Jason Parr, Bob Cushing, Pepe, Alan Scott and Death Rattle. Admission, as usual, is free.
Church services - On Sunday, August 9 a service of holy communion will be held at 11am in St Mary's Church, Ashby and a service of evensong will be held at 6.30pm in St. Mary's Church, Somerleyton.
