The Friends of Southwold Library (FoSL) will be holding a Big Book Sale later this month.

The sale, which is being held at the Scout Hall at Mights Road in Southwold, takes place between 10am and 3pm on Saturday, January 27.

Visitors will able to view a 'massive selection' of donated fiction, non-fiction and children's books at the sale, and for the cost of £3 you can fill a bag with all funds going towards Southwold Library. Established in 2013, FoSL supports the work of Southwold Library and fundraises to provide the library with equipment and services as well as funding library events for the community.

On Monday, January 22, Southwold Library, on North Green, will host a play reading group from 10am to noon. People are invited to 'come along and join in' with reading the current play. An Alzheimer's Society information worker will visit Southwold Library from 10.30am to noon on January 25.
