A lifeboat launched to assist a Belgian yacht suffering engine problems.
The RNLI Southwold Lifeboat, Annie Tranmer, was called out about 9.45pm last Thursday, May 30 to "standby" the yacht from Belgium, which was suffering engine trouble as it tried to enter Southwold harbour.
A post on the RNLI Southwold Lifeboat Station Facebook page said: "While out on regular training on Thursday night we were requested by Humber Coastguard to standby a Belgium yacht with engine trouble trying to enter Southwold harbour, which we did until the casualty vessel was moored up in the safety of the harbour.
"There were two people on board, no injuries, and the boat was released from service to continue on the search pattern training."
