A care home in Lowestoft took part in a special Easter themed activity session to celebrate the festival.

Residents at Harleston House painted stones called 'Treasure Stones' and then hid around Sparrows Nest and the seafront for school children to find after an announcement on radio and through posters in schools.

Each child or adult which found a stone was invited to the home for a meet and greet and a photo with the staff and residents, alongside an Easter prize and a certificate for their efforts.

Gareth Harding, activities co-ordinator at Harleston House, said: 'It's been wonderful to see the local community and children come into our home and having the opportunity to meet the team and residents over the Easter period.'

Susan Graham, homes manager at the home, said: 'It was a very unique idea from the activities team and its given people opportunities to visit our lovely home.'
