Suffolk theft leads to four arrests

FOUR people have been arrested after the theft of a trailer and diesel fuel from a site in north Suffolk.

Suffolk police were alerted around 10.50pm on Tuesday evening after a site at Flixton near Bungay was targeted.

FOUR people have been arrested after the theft of a trailer and diesel fuel from a site in north Suffolk.

Suffolk police were alerted around 10.50pm on Tuesday evening after a site at Flixton near Bungay was targeted. With assistance from the force helicopter and Norfolk police, the trailer was located at North Lopham in Norfolk.

The four people - a 43-year-old man, a 19-year-old woman, a 36-year-old man and a 37-year-old man - were subsequently arrested and they are currently in custody at Lowestoft police station where they will be interviewed by officers.
