ON behalf of the residents of Lowestoft may I just say a big thank you to Frank Mortimer who has been our mayor for the last year. He has been what all traditional mayors should be, i.e. available and willing to help wherever he can. Lowestoft must be so lucky in the fact that we have also a great and hardworking MP in Bob Blizzard, which proves that Labour and Conservative can work in harmony. Once again you two.
