A 19-year-old man was arrested in connection with a fatal road traffic collision on the B1375 at Oulton on Monday, November 2 in which Kelly Palmer died.
The Bradwell mother died after the Suzuki Vitara she was driving collided with a blue Citroen Xsara car about 5.40pm.
The youth was arrested by investigating officers last Thursday and has been bailed without charge to return to Lowestoft police station on January 21.
