A Lowestoft teenager has been charged after being found with a knife in the town centre this morning.A 17-year-old was searched by police after reports of someone brandishing a weapon near the Britten Centre at about 9.15am.

A 17-year-old was searched by police after reports of someone brandishing a weapon near the Britten Centre at about 9.15am.
Police found two plastic guns and a knife on him and he was subsequently charged with possession of an offensive weapon.
He has been bailed to appear at Lowestoft magistrates court on Wednesday.
