A 16-YEAR-OLD boy has been charged by police with theft of pedal cycles after three BMX bikes were stolen from a garden in Oulton.
The thefts happened at the home in Oulton Road on August 26.
The teenager is due to appear at Lowestoft Youth Court next Wednesday, September 16.
