Teen injured and robbed in Lowestoft
POLICE are seeking witnesses after a 15-year-old boy was injured and robbed of his mobile phone and iPod in Lowestoft yesterday (Monday).The teenager suffered scratches and bruises after he was grabbed while walking along a footpath between Bourne Road and Hollingsworth Road, next to the water tower, at about 5.
POLICE are seeking witnesses after a 15-year-old boy was injured and robbed of his mobile phone and iPod in Lowestoft yesterday (Monday).
The teenager suffered scratches and bruises after he was grabbed while walking along a footpath between Bourne Road and Hollingsworth Road, next to the water tower, at about 5.20pm.
The attacker demanded he hand over his phone and then took the mobile and iPod before fleeing.
A 21-year-old man has subsequently been arrested in connection with the incident. He has now been bailed to return to Lowestoft police station on November 3, pending further enquiries.
