Police in Lowestoft are appealing for information after an 18-year-old man was robbed in the town on Sunday.
He was walking along Beccles Road with a friend past St Mark's Church at about 6.50pm, approaching the bridge going over the railway line.
They then noticed three males, one of whom spoke to them.
The 18-year-old and his friend continued on their way but realised two of the three males were following them and half way across the bridge they were confronted by the males.
The victim's friend managed to run away and called police, but the 18-year-old was assaulted and had his phone taken. He also sustained a cut to his lip.
Police attended and arrested two 15-year-old boys. Both have now been bailed to return to Lowestoft police station in mid-July as inquiries continue into the incident.
