The Saturdays announce Suffolk date

FEISTY pop fivesome The Saturdays will play Thetford Forest this July 9.

Frankie, Mollie, Rochelle, Una and Vanessa have been wowing the UK charts with killer tunes such as Forever Is Over and Ego from their latest album Wordshaker following fast on the heels of classics like Up, Issues, If This Is Love and Work from their platinum debut album Chasing Lights.

Mollie said: “We've never played a gig in a forest before - I feel like Maid Marian. It sounds like fun and we are really looking forward to it, I'll keep an eye out for Robin Hood!”

Tickets for the open air gig, near Brandon, cost £26.50 subject to booking fee and go on sale at 9am this Friday from the Forestry Commission Box Office on 01842 814612 or you can buy them online at www.forestry.gov.uk/music

It is part of Forestry Commission Live Music, a series of concerts by an eclectic mix of acts in spectacular woodland locations around the country.
