NIGEL Panting, who is projects manager for the South Lowestoft Relief Road, quotes (Journal, September 26): "To be honest we're not getting any complaints, there have been a number of small glitches like people jumping the lights in Station Square, but in terms of the traffic flow, it appears to be okay.

Where has he been for the last five years? He must be joking. Hasn't he read all the complaints about traffic delays from the public and traders alike?

With the new cameras Mr Panting will now be able to sit in his comfortable office and see the chaos that's been created.
