Traffic light failure has caused delays for drivers heading into Lowestoft town centre. The northbound lights at the junction of Belvedere Road and London Road South, near the bascule bridge, stopped working at about 7.45am on Monday and are still out of order. While the lights are being fixed, a diversion is in place. London Road South is closed at the junction of Mill Road so all traffic filters on to the bascule bridge from Belvedere Road.
