The family of Sandra Roden, who died after she was struck by a car being driven by her husband last Wednesday (April 22), have paid tribute to her.
Speaking on behalf of the family, Tony Roden, her son, said: 'She was a strong woman who cared for her husband and was a very loving person. She would help anyone - if you had a problem she would be there to assist and she was always worrying about others, never herself.
She loved her two grandchildren and was always there for my sister and myself, permanently checking up on us all to make sure we were OK.
