Troops appreciated Christmas gifts
WE would like to thank the kind people of Lowestoft and surrounding areas that contributed to us sending parcels to the troops again this Christmas. We cannot believe how successful this was due to the children and adults of the community joining together to support us sending 255 parcels containing sweets, cards, games, books and toiletries and Christmas cards.

We cannot believe how successful this was due to the children and adults of the community joining together to support us sending 255 parcels containing sweets, cards, games, books and toiletries and Christmas cards.
We have received many letters from the Royal Marines; Royal Engineers and their Sergeants sending thanking everyone a quote from one letter reads 'We sort of expect support from our families and friends whilst we are out here, but to get Gift Boxes from yourselves, that shows lots of people are thinking of us - that makes it all worthwhile.'
Thank you for all of your time, effort and support also to our family and friends and the post office staff for all their hard work; the shoe shops donating the shoe boxes and to all the staff that volunteered to work in their free time to make this happen.
