The annual Easter tradition of the procession of the cross through Lowestoft took place again this year.

On Good Friday, worshippers from across the town walked together through the town centre, where prayers, music, and readings were enjoyed during the Walk of Witness.

Organised by Christians Together in Lowestoft and Distrcit, the procession is a celebration of the true meaning of Easter, remembering the day Jesus Christ was crucified.

The walk passed along Surrey Street and London Road North where the cross was raised outside the United Reformed Church.
