Two young men have today been found guilty of murdering a terminally ill Lowestoft man.

James Killingback, 23, of Denmark Road, Lowestoft, and Aaron Breffitt, 17, had denied murdering 55-year-old John Vry in December.

A jury at Ipswich Crown Court found them guilty this afternoon after a trial lasting just over three weeks.

Mr Vry, who was terminally ill with cancer, was dragged into an alleyway near his home in London Road South and repeatedly kicked to the head.

He was taken to hospital but died the following day from his injuries.
