Two hurt in three car crash

TWO people have been taken to hospital following a three car smash on the B1123 between Halesworth and Southwold this afternoon.

The accident involving a Porsche, Vauxhall and Mitsubishi happened at 3.

TWO people have been taken to hospital following a three car smash on the B1123 between Halesworth and Southwold this afternoon.

The accident involving a Porsche, Vauxhall and Mitsubishi happened at 3.32pm by the site of the old Blythburgh Hospital, at the junction with the A145.

Both the police and fire service attended.

Two casualties were taken to the James Paget University Hospital, at Gorleston, but their injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

The road, which remained blocked for a short while, has now been cleared.
