Two teenagers have been charged with a burglary in Lowestoft.

An 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy are due to appear at Lowestoft Magistrates Court tomorrow (Tuesday, October 1) charged with a burglary at the former Sanyo factory building in School Road overnight on Sunday and Monday September 8/9.

Brandon Burrows, 18, of Dale End, Gisleham, and the 17-year-old from Lowestoft – who can’t be named because of his age – have both been charged with stealing a surround sound system from the building.

Two other people have already been cautioned – a 21-year-old man for criminal damage after a number of fire extinguishers were set off inside the disused premises, and an 18-year-old woman for burglary after speakers and wine were stolen during the same period.
