The winner of each section will receive a 20 x 16in framed canvas texture portrait valued at £170 each.
The runner-up in each section will win a 10in x 8in framed canvas texture portrait worth £60, and the third-placed child in each category receives an 8x6in framed portrait worth £35.
The winners in each section will also receive a £15 voucher from Paint and Create for a tile or plate bearing the child's hand or foot print – which make great keepsakes.
They will also win a voucher for a celebration birth tablet worth £35, exclusively produced by Lowestoft Porcelain.
The tablets will have a Lowestoft Porcelain Heritage design and text of your choice on the reverse. They are entered into the company ledger and also lodged with the Suffolk County Archives – unique items to treasure in years to come.
The competition has three sections – for children aged up to 18 months, 18 months to five years boys, and 18 months to five years girls.
If you think your child or grandchild has what it takes, then simply fill in the entry form on this page and take it along to the store at a convenient time to have the child's photograph taken.
If you wish to enter the competition, then you are asked to return to the store at a date given to you by the photographer to view the photographs and let Premier Promotions know which picture you would like to enter the competition.
There is no obligation to buy any of the photographs although they can be purchased through Premier Promotions.
