A MAN wanted by Suffolk Police, who was believed to have links in the Lowestoft area, has been arrested over the weekend following an appeal.
Police launched an appeal for 26-year-old Shaun Bywater last Friday after he breached his parole licence and was wanted by police so that he could be returned to prison.
'I can confirm police made an arrest at the weekend and this appeal can now be cancelled,' a police spokesman told The Journal this morning.
