Chairman Jean Forbes welcomed members and two guests to the meeting at the RAOB Club on June 23. Members were invited to a meeting of the Lowestoft Ladies Probus Club on July 21.

Chairman Jean Forbes welcomed members and two guests to the meeting at the RAOB Club on June 23. Members were invited to a meeting of the Lowestoft Ladies Probus Club on July 21. In “A singer's journey so far” Jo Knight described how her interest in music had developed over the years and sang and played her guitar. Enid Gunby thanked Mrs Knight for her entertainment and gave a donation from the club to COPARS a charity set up to improve facilities for parents visiting seriously ill children at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge. At the next meeting on July 14 Jill Stewart will speak about Age Concern.
