Well done everyone

PICTURE a happy crowd on a summer's evening enjoying a jazz trio and mixing with some very generous, kind human beings from Lowestoft and surrounding areas.
Add a wonderful buffet, which included a hog roast, Pimms, strawberries and two chocolate fountains! It doesn't end there; we were all invited into the Castle Theatre, at Pleasurewood Hills, to witness and enjoy a marvellous, very professional show.
Where were we - we were privileged to be invited to the Pride in the Community awards ceremony sponsored by the theme park and organised by The Journal. And with our husbands we thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening.
We would like to congratulate all the finalists and what a task the judges must have had deciding on the winners - they were all winners.
Our special congratulations to Jill Eaton, from Pakefield, who won the Where the Heart Is category and then for her to win the Champion for 2009 Award also.
Congratulations to all concerned for the whole evening.
