Good wishes and members' thoughts were sent to Derek. It was reported that a new member has been transferred from another branch, the county raffle tickets have been sold and �10 was sent for a bottle stall at Newmarket race day on Saturday, August 8; the sick have been visited and helped and �100 has been sent for the benevolent fund at County. Members, the standard bearer and parade marshal will be attending the F & J rally at Orford on June 14, and also the County Rally at Felixstowe on Sunday, July 5. Secretary Sue Doy was congratulated on becoming the Mayor of Southwold for the ensuing year and members wished her well. President M Onyett reported that she had had a full RAF uniform given to her and it was suggested to offer it to a museum. The next group meeting is on Monday, July 27 at Beccles RBL Club, 7.30pm, all welcome. There will be no meeting in July and August at Wenhaston but the next one will be on Monday, September 14 at 7.30pm at the Star Inn.
