Police are seeking witnesses after an attempt was made to gain entry to a home on Queens Road in Lowestoft.

The burglary happened between 8pm and 8.30pm on Saturday, September 19. The burglars have opened an insecure window and removed the window blind before taking items off the windowsill.

A police spokesman said: 'Entry has not been gained as the occupants of the house were inside. Both the blind and the items were later found in the property's back garden.'

Police are asking anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in Queens Road around this time, or anyone who may have information to contact Lowestoft CID on 101.
