Witnesses sought after man is seen kicking a dog in Lowestoft

Police are keen to speak to a man after he was seen kicking a dog that he was walking in Raglan Street.

The incident happened about 7am last Friday, March 6. The man was with a Staffordshire Bull Terrier type dog and a black and white dog when he was seen kicking the black and white dog, causing it to yelp in pain.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lowestoft North SNT on 101.
