A 20-YEAR-OLD woman was hit in the face by a man as she walked home in Carlton Colville.
She suffered a cut inside her lip after she was assaulted in Famona Road about 4.40pm last Friday, October 15.
The 20-year-old was walking home when a white man, in his late teens to mid 20s, around 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build, wearing a black hooded top with the hood up, black tracksuit bottoms and trainers approached and struck her in the face before walking away.
Police are asking anyone who saw the incident or anyone with information about the man involved to call Lowestoft police on 01986 835300.
