A WOMAN has been cautioned by police following an assault in Lowestoft. Police arrested a 45-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man after trouble flared at Royal Plain about 12.30am on Saturday, May 14 and a 27-year-old woman suffered injuries to her face and wrist.

After answering bail at Lowestoft Police Station, the 45-year-old woman was cautioned for assault by beating while the 36-year-old man faces no further action.
