POLICE launched an appeal for witnesses today following an incident inside the Faith nightclub, in Lowestoft.
During the disturbance, which took place between 12.30am and 1am on Friday, a young woman suffered a cut and swelling to her lip.
Officers want to speak to anyone who saw the incident. They can contact DC 969 Coulson, at Lowestoft Police, on 01986 835300.
Two women, aged 32 and 22 and both from Lowestoft, have been arrested on suspicion of assault in connection with the incident. Both have been bailed to return to Lowestoft Police Station on March 24.
Meanwhile, officers in the town are carrying out investigations after the window of a black Rover car, parked in Minos Road, was smashed around 8pm on Monday.
Police are asking anyone who saw the incident or who has information about the offender to call PC 1451 Drake on 01986 835300. Officers would also like to trace a boy described as wearing a blue Puffa-style jacket with a white stripe around it who was seen in the area not long after the incident.
